Crafted from the body of a previously handsome village pub in the gentile London borough of Hampstead the boutique store & loft apartments which d_raw designed has breathed new life into a destitute yet structurally beautiful building.

Facing numerous hurdles emanating from the need for major structural works d_raw re-built the five storey heritage protected space back up behind the retained facade, re-instating a subtly traditional surround, finessing the original pub brickwork and a discretely inserting a shop front, restoring every inch of its former glory as a local landmark.

The loft apartments over benefit from a near fully glazed elevation with views back over London.
